To begin with, we process two jobs on trial basis without any charges. Once you're happy with the quality and turnaround time and wish to hire AccounTrust a few simple steps will get you started:

• You need to sign the contract upon which we will start processing the jobs.
• You're required to fill up a checklist which enable us to understand  your methodologies followed while processing the job. The questionnaires to be answered once after you sign the contract.
• You're required to fill 'Job Allocation Sheet' stating brief about job and quality of bookkeeping. This enable us to work on the budget required to complete the job.
• Brief us about the key points we need to consider for jobs sent for processing. 

We have two ways of working on offer for you:

Option 1: You provide the client files with the software backup in which job has to be processed. We restore the backup in our system and complete the task, prepare the working papers and send the job back for review along with the backup.
Note: We can follow your method in preparing the work papers. 
This way our work will integrate seamlessly with your system.

Option 2: We work on your desktop remotely. For this you will need to set up a separate desktop connection for us at your work place. We can then login to your desktop using the credentials. We work on the job, prepare all the work papers and save it in the folders.

We ensure client data safety. We use lease lines for internet connection and have a server of our own with daily backup.

• We sign a contract with you stating for no reason your information will be disclosed to others.
• Employees will sign confidentiality agreement with us.
• Employees will work in office premises. We don't allow work from home option without consulting you.
• Once you confirm the job is complete, we will destroy all the records sent to us unless you permit us to keep for future years reference.
